Technical assessment
Before the production stage begins, our engineering team performs a technical assessment of your cable design. This includes an assessment on important factors such as material, process, and other details of your 3D and 2D drawings.

Material verification
On our customer’s request, we provide a certification of the material we used for making your cables. The report comes from the raw material manufacturer and usually includes ,material grade, material dimensions, etc.

On-site inspection
In the process of cable manufacturing, we will strictly control each step of the cable on-site manufacturing process, saving customer cost and time


In-process Quality Control
At jiahongcables, we strictly follow the POE test. The quality control staff conducts routine inspections of all cables being produced every 2 hours. This further prevents risks from occurring.

Inspection Report
For all orders, we provide full cable inspection reports upon request. This report will include: cable quantity, critical dimensions, POE test results, etc.

Packing
It is important that the cables we manufacture are of the highest quality. We understand the unpredictability of logistics. That is why we make sure to reduce the risk to the parts during our packaging process. Four layers of protection: 1. wrapping paper 2. foam 3. paper/wooden box are applied during the packaging process to ensure that we deliver the highest quality and most beautiful cables to you.
